Represents the Executive Board in official UIC or UN settings.

Leads Executive Board meetings. Where a necessary position is unfilled, the Chairperson steps in to ensure that these duties are being fulfilled.

Acts as stand-in during the Chairperson’s absence in leading Executive Board meetings and ensuring the duties are being fulfilled.

Provides and distributes agendas, books a meeting room, and records meeting minutes

Responsible for liaising with the 11 UN agencies at UN City, including ensuring all new interns are aware of UIC and its initiatives.

Also responsible for facilitating liaisons with UN agencies internationally.
